Testing ...testing

::::::::Tapping on Monitor:::::::::

Hello? Hello?

Am I still here?

I AM alive and well in Vermont.

It's become a bit chillier since last I wrote. I'm getting frost advisories in my email from the weather station. Time to cover those weeds and mosses; wouldn't want the frost to get them, ya know. Not to worry, the leaves are falling off the trees at a good clip so they are good for cover. Mother Nature does a fine job without my interference.

I'm yarning again. In our family, knitting takes on a whole other meaning so I've adapted by describing the tangling of yarn with crochet hooks or "knitting" needles as yarning. Besides the usual cotton dishcloths, I started blankets/throws for the grandchildren; however, that isn't going so well. They may end up taking them to college instead of elementary school at the rate I'm going. Hats, I'm into hats this week after finding some nifty knitting looms on sale for $10(set of 4 sizes) and decided to give them a try with my leftover yarns. Hats for everyone this year! Need a hat?

Guess I'll go ahead and post this - DA told me she got an error message while accessing my blog this morning. At least I know she hasn't given up on looking to see if I made an entry.

Happy Wednesday all
