Crisis Averted
It wasn't as bad as I thought. I was able to get some Costa Rican Tarrazu and some El Salvador Jasel. I don't recall having the Jasel before so we'll see what it's like. Ahem...I also don't know when this guy roasted these beans either. Yikes..his label said he roasted the Tarrazu Dec 22nd BUT he said he knows he roasted since then...just got busy and didn't change the label. hhhhmmm...as if I can really tell the difference of a few weeks huh? Hehehe.

Beth..The Jasel wasn't bad...I may save some to take home and try using our coffee brewers.
..and I think I had better take on some more of the roasting duties if we are to keep up with everyone's coffee consumption. I'll be home alone next week, by myself, no one else, just me and the cats and they don't roast coffee beans for me.
