Now there's a blog moment
All spring and summer since occupying this apartment, I have become used to the hammering and sawing next door..you know, general reconstruction noises. There was a gala event upon completion of the makeover ..the peace and quiet has only lasted a month, though
The reconstructionists have moved over to the house next door to the last one. The hammering...the sawing...the pounding...this morning, something is diiferent...
Pound pound pound...hammer hammer hammer..AAARRRRGGGHHHH....pound pound pound hammer hammer hammer
Twice now..........
Shall I call 911 if I hear it again?

I heard a couple of mild "OWs" over the course of the day..I may take note of their firm and not recommend them...they "sound" like rookies. snort.
