'Tis the season....
The Scene: My neighbor's family room.
The Characters(never a better word):Neighbors, their daughter Jen, their Grandchildren, Owen and Anna and me
Owen picks up the Toys R US Christmas Big Book....
Jen:"You may look at that book but I DO NOT want to hear 'I want...I want ...I want. Remember what Christmas is really all about?"
Owen: "Yes, Mommy...Christmas is all about Jesus' Birthday"
We continue talking...Owen looks at toy book.....
Owen: "Look Mommy, I bet Jesus would like this farm set for his birthday....."
I had to leave the room......
