Coffees of the day..
I've neglected my coffee of the day reports.....
We ahve been roasting new cofee about every other night lately; so far this week we have enjoyed Puerto Rican Yauco Selecto (very good) According to Tom of Sweet Maria's fame "A bittersweet "island profile" cup with creamy, buttery body". Panama Auction Lot 2004 "#2 Panama in competition, from Leridafarm, milledb Ruiz = "leru" At City+, clean Lively citric brightness with complex raost bittersweet, floral aromas, sweetens in finish" and today's contender is another Nicaraguan Organic/Fair Trade Segovia; "Great body with soft chocolate bittersweet notes, mild brightness, excellent balance."
Yup, I thought it was tasty. Somehow or another I'm not as articulate as Tom yet.

Yeah ok make fun of a poor drugged up person.....
