Things I learned today...
...but didn't want to believe:
~~~ Flour can go "bad"
~~~No matter how hard you want to believe; cookies made with bad flour taste bad....blech!

I've witnessed bad flour before - but when I saw it, it went bad because it developed 'flour bugs'...Morgan is terrified that something happened to the Joe Froggers...

It doenst look bad it tastes bad...and smells bad also

No bugs in the flour...just smelled funky and tasted mealie...but no bugs...visible.
The Joe Froggers are safe...I made the dough with new flour after I had suspicions about the old flour. I just wanted to believe that the ingrediants and time and energy into the other cookies would not be for nothing...it was. I made more dough.
